Refunds and replacements

Please be advised that all products are made-to-order. We produce by order only because it reduces waste and is better for the planet. Because of this, please note that all sales are final unless special permission for a refund is received. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns at this time. Refunds and replacement items will be issued on a case-by-case basis. 

To be eligible for special permission for refund or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are dissatisfied with your order and we cannot accept your refund or replacement request, please consider donating your garments to charity instead of throwing them away. In addition to reducing waste, this will also help those struggling with clothing insecurity.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right. 

Please note that we are not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped, we will not be responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen or lost packages are non-refundable.
